What is the name of your state? Colorado I was discussing with a friend of mine that is suing there Remodeling Contractor (an LLC) for over $200K. He was saying they will probably win, but the Contractor (an LLC) will most likely just shut down / dissolve their LLC and then turn right around...

What is the name of your state? Colorado We terminated a 100% Commissioned Salesman, he still has some open jobs that he will be paid for once we are paid, that's not the problem. Some of the still open larger jobs are requiring some of my other 100% commissioned salesman a lot of their time...

UPDATE Amazing once I mentioned the Miller Act and the rights it provided me and the Local Congressman's name who is involved with the project...we received the payment. Thanks to everyone for your help.
