So I have found myself in several situations where medical records have disappeared and wasn't allowed to pursue medical treatment. There has also been situations where medical procedures have gone wrong and caused disfiguration and growth problems. I would also like to discuss an instance...

So.... I have emailed several people about some really confidential things and I have found out that my emails had been tampered with and deleted...... What laws would this fall under?

OK. So what kind of psychiatric help would you suggest?

Its a starting point. I have attempted in the past but have been withheld from doing so. There has been times that I have attempted to address this to the proper individuals but in the moment I lose all form thoughts associated with the topic or even control of my conscious self.

Currently they are messing with Artificial Neural Networks and forms of consciousness within myself. I am unable to operate to my full capacity nor have the functionality to think or expand my terrain of thought at times.....
