I'll be using a this form (Xs replace the names on the dcoument). Sorry if it's a lot to read. It's 6 pages, but I just copy-pasted here, so some spacing may be weird.
General Release of Liability
THIS GENERAL RELEASE (this "Agreement") dated this 1st day of April, 2019 BETWEEN:
XXXXXXXXXX...
Will one document handle the entire matter, or do I need one for each portion (auto, medical)? If so, the other party has already broken it down to what he wants for each portion.
Holy crap, guy just called and is offering us 25,000 to get this whole matter cleared. Is it enough to have him sign an agreement that he is satisfied and will seek no further litigation on this matter, and get it notarized and signed by both parties?

I think that last part is what the lawyer is implying by telling me to reject that offer. So, as I thought I should be pushing for a total resolution of the situation instead of resolving it in stages. Thank you.
I got into an accident over the weekend due to turning outside the turn and because I went around a stalled car at the light and was tboned. Of course, I was cited, both vehicles totaled, other driver broken wrist. I'm self-insured under Florida law, which means I'm immediately liable for...
