Thank you for making me feel a bit better, I feel like the past couple of years is about to restart... it’s unknown at this time if it will be moved to the judge or passed to new magistrate.

Update: The case has been going on so long that the magistrate that has over seen the case is now retiring. I don’t know what else to do but laugh at this point.

I tried to keep him separate at the beginning, the GAL actually got him involved since we all live together and he takes care of my son as a parent would. They have interviewed him, and the new psychologist wants to interview him as well.

How often to the courts go with the recommendation of the GAL, especially if they recommend no contact?

I won’t. He doesn’t like surprises but also worries a lot. So I think I will tell him Sunday. He like the GAL, so I will just tell him to be relaxed and whatever he feels, to say. I love home no matter his feelings, or what he says.

My son doesn’t see doctors, he is very happy and healthy. I don’t know who these doctors are and they have never met my son. That is why I am so confused.
