  Something you 'almost' did is not a crime. Calling Emergency Services for someone you believe is in danger to themselves or other people and you really reasonably believe that is not harassment either.

  This is an incredibly easy and possibly cost free situation to rectify. I don't pay rent from a joint checking account. Open a sperate free checking account at one of the myriad banks that offer this. Problem solved. This conflict is NOT worth it, especially when you are rent controlled.

  What age is the vehicle? How many miles when sold? How much was the vehicle sold for? Do you still have your copy of the bill of sale? Absent some unusual situations, yes, this is an as-is sale. Also a year later is a massive amount of time for a hidden defect claim.

  You need to get cleared in FL You can get a passport, you can get an ID card , there are options ALSO: Please understand, if your driving privileged is revoked or otherwise administratively suspended, it does not matter if you have the card or not. Do not drive until you get this sorted.

  Even without violent intent (which nothing you say disproves that) your statement would provoke alarm and, inconvenience for possibly thousasnd of people, the unnecessary use of police resources, and interference in the operation of an educational facility. All those are serious crimes.
