     That option would be great if I was working with someone that was civilized. Unfortunately, he is not and he would not have agreed to sign the back of the title for the transfer just because I agreed to go to the DMV. Also, I'm sure the DMV would not have been able to force him to sign it, but...

     I went to work today and got copies of my work schedule and I had my supervisor write a letter verifying my work hours so that I can take all of that as proof that I was not driving the car for red light tickets. I wish I had the keys, but unfortunately, he is in possesion of the only set...

      Car Title Trouble

      He does odd jobs, the locations vary there is never a "set" job location and now that he is no longer living in the home or communicating with me the locations of his job sites. I have no idea where the car is being kept anymore.

      I definitely do not want to do anything illegal. No I have not filed for divorce as of yet, but I did go to the local court house earlier this morning to see what I would need to do to begin the process and if there was any low income assistance legal assistance I can recieve.
