  Warrants are not issued for traffic infractions in New York State and DMV does not know about warrants. I think the OP is confused and means that he has suspensions on his license.

  There is NO SUCH THING as an "International Drivers License". If you have a document that purports to be that then it's likely to get you arrested if you show it on a traffic stop.

  How about this... stop speeding. If your life is so consumed by this one ticket then maybe you should use Google Maps wherever you go - it seems to be pretty good at warning you when you get close to a speed camera in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
