No one is faulting Steffenfield for having questions. Our frustration is that he opens MULTIPLE threads about the same issue, despite being asked repeatedly to keep it all to one thread. Heck, I'd be happy if he kept it to 2 threads.
Your chances of collecting depend on the assets of your thieving tenant. (And, FYI, the word is "stole" not "stool." I mention this only for the sake of clarity.)
Let's face it: OP is only interested in answers that agree with his seemingly distorted views. Nothing said that isn't in lockstep will be ignored. So here you go, OP:
You have been HORRIBLY wronged. Every network and cable news show will be clamoring to cover this story of gross injustice...
OP, it is SO easy to fake emails, texts (and, as we've learned recently, videos). The police may have given you some convoluted advice, but they WERE right about the emails not being useful as evidence. And it has nothing to do with your husband's honesty, and everything to do with the ease...

First, what State are you in?
Second, you say that she's planted the vine ON your fence -- do you mean it's planted in the ground on her property, but growing up your fence?
Just from those two items above I have a feeling that the attorneys (rightfully) felt that you were trying to tell them how to run the case. Between that and not paying, I suspect you'll have a hard time finding anyone to represent you.
What is the name of your state? Gratefulness
Just wanted to drop the mods and admins of this site a quick "thank you" note for your hard work in keeping this site relatively spam-free. This is my favorite forum not only because of the lovely members, but because you guys keep the...
I get that you're angry, but there's no reason to be rude to the volunteers here.
Let me ask you this: when you say she turned off water to your room -- is it possible that she simply turned off the water to the sink and toilet? Which you could turn back on by turning the knob at the base of...
