     She’s afraid if he loses the house for not paying his mortgage she’ll b out on the street. She does want to stay but she feels if he doesn’t have a renters license then he isn’t really a landlord.

     What is the name of your state? Pa Good afternoon, My friend is renting a 2br apartment in Philadelphia. She recently found out that her “landlord” owes $5k on the duplex house she lives in & he doesn’t have a renter’s license. Should she continue paying him rent?

     I just want to figure out who’s going to treat me. My drain came out, I have an antibiotic spacer where my knee should be & it was planned by the DC Dr to put my knee back in.

     I’m now in a rehab in King Of Prussia, Pa When I spoke to the nurse who works with my surgeon, she was @ a loss as to whether I can continue seeing him or not.
