Also found out, that beyond administrative appeal, I could also appeal this case to the Circuit Court of DC. This is also another option for me. I also found out that I may be eligible for the fee waivers based off my income/situation.- mrmunchkins4

What is concerning is that the time they claim radar got me in the letter and the sworn statement of the officer submitted to PD are different by about 30 seconds.
