     Here is a picture of my ordinance. I was playing music around 5 p.m. was I breaking any law according to my ordinance? I guess what I'm trying to ask was my neighbor just acting like a power hungry butt head or did he lawfully have purpose

     What is the name of your state? Pa So I was cleaning out my car today in my driveway which is in an alley and I had my music in my car on as I'm 18 and I enjoy that still.
