Thats the thing he has NEVER ONCE GIVEN NOTICE before showing up or even the maitance men until I tapped the Indiana Code about giving properly timely notice it was NEVER DONE in 10+ years and we can prove that cause I have been living here for 2 years

The Landlord doesn't even follow the Indiana Code where we have a right to privacy and that they have to give advance notice before they show up even anyone that works...

Sept.18th but we can ask Housing for an Extension which we plan on doing since I have about 5+ pages of place's that I have personally contacted

2 Dogs and 3 cats ...... Only the dogs are listed on my ESA letter so they wouldn't be technically considered pets

Saying the cause is not keeping the place clean and tidy and keeping pets on the premisies when the lease says no pets
