     Insurance claim - contractor extending time and cant take off work anymore

     No...the contract doesn't have a time limit on it but his emails do. They were suppose to be here all day today and haven't seen anyone. I have all the checks....I want to fire them but don't know where i stand legally. Have no idea what they would charge me for work completed or other things...

Insurance claim submitted 4/30/2018 4 different adjusters came to house and did adjustment Contractor stated that it would take no more than 2 days...possibly 3 Came out and pulled sample of flooring 2 weeks prior to starting project and knew exactly what was wrong and what it...
