     Nope, you're right. I wasn't sure if Ca would let me register my truck since the plates were suspended in NY, but they will. And no, I never moved from Ca.

     Registering With A Suspended Registration

     My license is not suspended, just the plates. After 40 days, I can re-register in NYS. They will not allow me to pay a fine and will not accept anything other than me turning in my plates. And, the insurance issue has been rectified. :cry:
