What is the name of your state? ND

There is a protection order on my boyfriend, and a neighbor saw his vehicle parked about 1/8 mile from my home. He had no other reason for being parked on the road that close to my home after dark (so I guess he has so defense) Will an investigation be doen to see if he was around my house, to see if I hopped out my window or if he came in? Or will the neighbors (ex-cop) statement be enough to arrest him? And does anyone know where I can find info on the min. amt. of time that must be served for a protection order violation and GSI? My step-father says he is putting stalking charges on him also, what kind of time do you suppose he can do for that? Will the jusdge take into consideration that no harm was done to me, my home, my family?

Without knowing the nature of the allegation, the circumstances, or the court system in your area, nobody can properly address your question. It is best asked of the local law enforcement agency.

My guess? Unless there is some evidence that a break-in was conducted at your home or that he was prowling around outside, they will NOT look into the matter too deeply. Being parked 1/8 of a mile away is not likely a violation of the restraining order - it's well outside the usual 100 yard radius that is common most everywhere. So unless your order specifies staying further away than 1/8 of a mile, then nothing is likely to come of this.

Huh ... yeah, I see that now - and I recall the other posts as well.

Though it still doesn't change much with regard to this except that the police MAY look in to it if there is a belief he was in the house the previous night and a neighbor saw the car nearby.

They don't call these girls 'jail bait' for no reason. And what a moron the boyfriend is to keep coming back knowing he can be a registered sex offender for life!

You need to put all of these together https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=199368
You also need to tell us the truth about what is happening and why you and your boyfriend are playing games and why you are encouraging him after lying to him in the first place.
oops more links, and who is the cop? Step dad not a neighbor, OP please tell us the truth, do you even know what it is?

Yes the truth is that I snuck out, but my parents don't know that, the neighbor, who is friends with my step dad (my step dad is a cop and the neighbor is an ex-cop turned school security) only saw the vehicle, not me or my boyfriend, the vehicle was empty at the time. Now my step dad is trying to find out if I snuck out or if he snuck in, but will the investigator or whatever come and do his thing? Plus my step dad has a lot of pull.

Truth from the begining.
Then tell it to your parents, letting them know your part in the deception from the begining.
Tell them how you lied about your age on the internet for three years before luring your boy friend out. Yes they can get the information from the computer anyway, so don't lie. BTW since you were the one lying on the internet, you could be in trouble with the FBI, they are the one to investigate internet crime. Tell the truth to your parents. Don't do anything else to hurt your boyfriend.
Update us.

The cops just MIGHT look in to it now ... especially since you seem to be defying your parents so regularly.

And what have you got against this boyfriend of yours that you seem so determined to have put in prison?! First, he's a moron to keep violating the order and diddling an immature child. Second, you're not much better for encouraging him. If it's love (yeah ... sure...) it'll wait til you're 18.

Once upon a time, we had a word for girls that behaved the way you seem to be.

And emancipation is NOT going to happen with the choices you have thus far made (they do not show responsibility which is what a judge would look for).
