What is the name of your state? Arkansas/Tenn.

Well, my problem is I bidded on a mystery auction the seller guaranteed that there will be real $25 U.S. Dollars Unshredded guaranteed inside each envelope, so I bought 200 envelopes in knowing since they said there will be $25 in each envelope, meaning I will get $5000 U.S. Dollars but when I got the package in the mail it was nothing inside, but a letter with "real $5000 U.S. Dollars Unshredded" taped to a piece of paper. In the description they said I'm guaranteed to get $25 for each envelope, but they also had a disclaimer saying "You are bidding on an envelope and the envelope only anything inside is a gift from me to you. This is not a lottery, raffle, charity, giveaway, etc. in anyway. Additionally, it is not illegal or against eBay's rules, policies, or regulations." Then they start making all these guarantees of $25 will be in each envelope, but when I opened it nothing was inside but the piece of paper with the exact amount I supposed to get in real money. I don't know if I can sue because of the disclaimer saying that I'm bidding on the envelope only and anything inside is a gift. Can I file a lawsuit and win? I need a response ASAP.

My response:

The old saying goes, "A fool and his money are soon parted." In your case, you're just an idiot.

Do you think I can file a lawsuit

My response:

Sure, go ahead. Idiots always file lawsuits over their own idiotic stupidity. Sure, spend more money.

Yes you can file a lawsuit...anyone can. Why would you do such a thing? By that I mean why did you even consider buying these mystery envelopes??

So, since he put the disclaimer saying "You are bidding on an envelope and the envelope only and anything inside is a gift from me to you" then guarantees there will be $25 in real cash. All he needed was the disclaimer and everything he promises that will be inside the envelopes that doesn't matter. So, basically the judge will rule in the sellers favor. I need urgent response.

It's quite obvious to me why this guy fell for the scam in the first place!

I think anyone who throws money at them stupid auctions ought to be shot!

With that being said I suggest you check your Paypal account because these people tend to deposit the money directly to your Paypal account.

Oh and next time you want to spend your money on a mystery just write me a check in the amount of $10,000 and I'll be sure to send you a box full of goodies. I promise it will be well worth the $10,000.
