I have my status and sentencing hearings coming up and I was hoping someone could give me an idea on what takes place.
I completed all requirements ie. anger management, restitution, etc. I have all supporting paperwork.
My initial attorney is no longer around, I can't find him! no kidding.
I would like to just handle this myself.
I will be off probation when this is all done and I believe my charges are to be expunged per my plea agreement. Would that happen at my sentencing hearing?
I would appreciate any help.
