moburkes,
It's obviously not ok to drink and drive. It will get you into big trouble.
You know how I stand on this. The laws are entirely too harsh on DUI. I didn't hurt anyone, yet I'm being charged with a misdemeanor, probably losing my job and license, being put on probation, and paying a heck of a lot of money. It's not right. If I did hurt someone, I feel I should be charged for whatever is applicable (though knowing me, jail time would be the least of my worries). However, the same goes for that guy who's reading the newspaper while he's driving and kills someone. Or the excessive speeder. It is no different.

Aren't you the one who closed my thread just when it was getting good, and now you're bringing it all back again? Come on.
The only reason you DIDN'T hurt someone was dumb luck. Oh, so we should have to wait until you maim or kill someone before they get your drunk a** off the roads?

Don't worry about your threads, based on your postings, you won't be around for long.

This is bad. Real bad. He asked me to fight him, I told him no but he sort of got pissed off. I don't know what to do. I want to avoid him but I think he's gonna find me. I need to some advice. Should I call the police?

The case would depend on several factors most importantly who hit first. Where did the fight occur, school property, personal property, etc. Just because you stopped the fight by winning doesn't mean that you are responcible. Out of curiosity HOW did his fingers get broken, him punching you, you grabbing his hand and bending it. There are several self defense and karate moves that can cause a persons fingers to break. Just because they broke during a fight with you does not make you automatically responsible. Of course the fact you kicked his butt once is embarrasing to him so he would try to fight you again to see if he can even the score so to say. If your worried then contact the police. I can't really tell you to do anything else. I would advise that you tell your parents what happened so they can be prepared if a bill comes in the mail.

Yea about that, I grabbed his right hand pulled it behind his back and pushed him against the side of a building and I guess my head wasn't on straight, I was really pissed off and I started breaking fingers.

This is beginning to sound like a BS post. Now that this other delinquent has a couple broken fingers, he's getting "sort of pissed" because you told him you don't want to fight him again?

Now your asking if you should call the police? What about the code you abide by, the one not to snitch?

You've posted too much now and crossed the line of believability,,, your a phony.

I think you need to find something more productive to do with your time. This site doesn't need another troll, posting their latest fantasy, in an attempt to convince themselves that they maintain some sort of adequacy in this world.
