I want to get clear here....a juvenile can be convicted of a crime (porn) even though still a child? In criminal court...usually children are treated in juvenile court...what happens with the porn thing? Teenagers act out on porn all the time (magazines)...whats the difference in online porn?

Why would it be confusing to you that ANYONE in possession of CHILD porn would get in trouble? A magazine is not illegal and the people in it are not minors. CHILD porn is pic's of children and minor teens. It is not okay for a teen to victimize another teen. Get it now?

your defense should be based on discrediting the evidence. What was the evidence? computer pics? Were they nude girls or was there actually sexual contact? Actual CP is difficult to find and would suggest the boy is actively involved and has been for some time. Are you sure there were children involved or were they fakes?

Is the boy the only one who uses the PC is it password protected? Did the police carry out a forensics investigation if so can they prove they observed proper handling of hard drive investigation. If a local police force digs around on your PC without creating a copy of the hard drive you can normally discredit the search. If they sent it to an FBI lab or they have a actual computer forensics technician it's tougher. It's relatively easy to discredit a computer forensics investigation (unless it's done by an expert).
