Our 16-year old son was out with his friends. His plans were to
play PaintBall at a friend's birthday party.
The next thing we know we get a phone call from the police saying
that he was arrested because he was "caught on school grounds with
explosives".
On one hand this could mean that him and his friends were constructing
a bomb, but on the other hand it could simply mean that him and his
friends crossed the school property and they had their paintball guns
with them - obviously a world of difference! And the police won't
tell us anything!
Anyhow, the police say we cannot see or talk to him until Monday (today
is Saturday) until he sees a judge?
Can we not go bail him out?? Or at least go see him?!?
This is very frustrating and we could really use some advice!
