16 year-old from Michigan; questions on emancipation/marriage

Honey, nothing you have posted can change two facts:

1.) You cannot get married at your age in your state without your parent's consent
2.) No judge is going to even consider emancipating you so that you can go live with your 20 year old boyfriend, inside or outside of marriage.

I was trying to be judgmental, just looking out for you. Sometimes people aren't who we think that are, my family learned that the hard way.

It seems you've had a hard life, but who's life isn't hard. Some are more harder then others, I'm admit that.
