Just moved to Charlotte, NC. Got arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor Hit and Run. I have 2 other DUI convictions (both 1st offense from different counties in Tennessee) from 1998.
Will I be charged with 2nd or 3rd offense DWI here in NC? I think the officer may know about the TN DUI's because they took my TN license.
