What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I really got myself jammed up right now and I'm looking for advice on what my best option would be right now after missing my formal arraignment in one case, and my preliminary on a 2nd DUI. I know it's not going to be pretty. I just recieved court paperwork saying my preliminary is rescheduled for Feb 3rd, and a warrant has been issued for my arrest. I missed the formal arraignment I had scheduled for my first DUI from a few months earlier. I'm on disability, and i've been diagnosed bi-polar. I don't know if that's relevant to anything that can be said in court. If you have some serious advice that might help me out it'd be much appreciated. Thank you.

Turn yourself in. Being bipolar and disabled doesn't matter. It didn't keep you from drinking and driving at least twice. Prepare to spend some time in jail since you have proven that you are not reliable in showing up.
