Perhaps she had perfectly valid reasons for leaving him. Maybe he cheated. Who knows, certainly not you. Maybe the problem was with his choice of woman and maybe the problem was with his treatment of said woman. I do know some people who have/had successful 3rd marriages after messing up the first 2, but OP would need to figure out what he's doing wrong before taking that step.
I'm sure you speak for the preponderance of women, i.e., she's very likely right and he's very likely wrong.

That's WHY he should avoid wife#3 like the plague.

You can try but it probably won't work, since you basically gifted her a 50% share by putting her on the title.
I disagree. While title is presumptive, it is not determinative. The property does not transmute without a writing. Some cases have said a deed is not enough of a writing and that more is required to have a valid transmutation. I think the OP, when he talks to his attorney, will have a strong argument and will be able to trace ownership.

Thanks All,

Yeah I wasn't worried too much about alimony since I think it would only be for half our marriage at most which would be about 7 months.

Best advise I ever got, dont seek the 3rd wife.

It was me, poor decision making..

It was just frustrating all of the hard work I have been doing building up the real estate, all my money and hard work, now I get split in half again..

OP

Better advice - regardless of whether you get married again, don't put anyone else on the title to your properties!
