Are you really sure you have taken marijuana by that time? If so then maybe you could ask for help from a PD of better for a private attorney.

In addition to a MM card, you need to obtain a "proficient driver while high" card. They have not started issuing them in CO. You need to print your own.:cool:

Depending on how your blood results come in, you may be fine, but regardless he have you a dui for your breathalyzer test so you should get a lawyer regardless. This is not the most extreme case so I think you could have a really good chance of getting your charges dropped or at least dropped down to a lesser charge. I would definitely start researching some good lawyers, it might be expensive but worth it for your future.
