I have a friend name Dennis. Both his parents are midgets, but not Dennis. He's a midget dwarf. He's the guy who poses for trophies.

Well no we have gotten a notice to all tenants to vacate -

Previous unlawful detainer was from him but now we are getting repeats of forms from HER not him ? This seems like they know they did this incorrectly and we could get out of situation because of it and they are covering their bases? Since she is sellingit to him but it may not have cloed escrow yet him filing was incorrect SHE should file right ? I jus cant believe that our signed lease beginning on Dec 2005 is not legal - what is the world coming too ? Kimberly Cali and ENASI are wonderful thanks so much for your help ! Now we need more I guess p.s. Steven Wright is fabulous !!

If you have a VALID (in-term) written lease and are in FULL compliance (all rent paid, on time, no breaches), why didn't you say so in the first place!!!
That would change everything!!!
Jeeze, some people seem to try their darndest to NOT get help!!!
