No one here wants to read your documents. Candidly, they would not be very interesting.

If one spends enough time answering poster's questions, one develops a sense for what stories are full of BS. That is not to say that you are fabricating the story from whole cloth -- merely that you present a highly biased and twisted version of what happened.

My personal opinion is that you owe this debt and you either know it or suspect it -- otherwise, no one makes such a big deal over repeatedly demanding proof -- always the refuge of the guilty. You don't want to pay. Well, join the club of millions of other people. Frankly, I have more respect for people who just admit the truth and say they are trying to beat it.

You are not going to sue anyone. You would rather complain and whine than take concrete action.

Now, if you have a question, I or someone else will answer it. But, please save the non-relevant venting and histrionics for someone who wants to hear it.

Fair enough?

Re-Visit

I just got served. I have been summoned into court for a credit card debt. I called the attorney and the lady they will file a judgement. I said that is on my credit for 7 years right? She said legally they have the right to re-visit the debt at that time and keep extending it. Its hard to determine when they are using scare tactics or not. But its important to know. I still dont.

You are hijacking someone else's conversation. That is really confusing and does not serve you or the other party well.

Start a new thread and post your question. Someone will be glad to answer.
