This lease is for a hunting & sportsman's Club.

Here is a link to a copy of the lease: http://www.keepandshare.com/doc/view.php?id=958515&da=y

All parties are deceased Lessor and Lessees. However the lease states: " This Lease Agreement and its conditions and terms shall extend to the administrators, executors, heirs and assigns of all the parties hereto and shall not terminate on the death of the Lessor".

1. Can I get this lease transferred into my name? If so how?
2. Can this lease be sold?
3. Who would be considered an administrator?
4. Who would be considered an assign?
5. The land is now split into 4 sections with 4 different owners. Do all the new land owners have to honor the lease?
6. There is a private access road on the land. One of the owners says we cannot use it unless we help maintain it. Can he keep us from using the road?
