This is a letter that I have sent via freeadvice.com, to ROBERT BANISTER. My question is - I would like to find an attorney that would be willing to represent me in this case. Since this seems to me, that it is an open and shut case, would the attorney be willing to settle for damages money, instead of a retainer fee?
This occured on Monday, March 17, 2008.

My sensibilities have never been more insulted in my life!
Your vicious and homophobic attack of gay people is ignorant and inflammatory.
In fact, it is SO inflammatory that I believe you must be flaming, and you can interpret my meaning either way. Both would be correct.

I am also insulted by your use of the English language. Your inability to construct a coherent sentence, let alone a paragraph, is truly an attack on my intellect.

Furthermore, your continued use of misspelled words and vulgar language requires that I seek legal redress.

I am very interested to hear from you, in regards to this matter, just so that I can hear what you have to say about this.
