I know I just found out that it is a felony I have left mesgs with lawyers for a consultation also I went to that website and got some really good advice about pre trial programs that he can ask for so he can get his life back in order . also was given a website where he can do a course online for shoplifting and now I gotta find a community service program he can get into ASAP before he even goes to court hopefully were going in the right direction .. Thanks so much

What part of HE SHOULD ASK IN COURT FOR AN ATTORNEY TO BE APPOINTED FOR HIM did you not understand? Who has legal custody of this child? Where is your nephew's father?

Look I appreciate what u told me .. But if your gonna be nasty about it then please keep your advice I found a excellent website that is helping me .. Try using proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. This is not a text site. Also, WHO HAS LEGAL CUSTODY OF THIS CHILD? Because unless the court gave you legal custody, you are going to have problems.

I'm not worried. If your nephew rots in juvenile hall until he is 21, it really doesn't bother me.
