What is the name of your state? Florida
If a police officer lies on the addendum for probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant, can the case be dismissed since the addendum for probable cause was obtained by false statements

Addndum for probable cause

yes it was a bold face lie, the officer claimed I made a verbal statement to him, outside of my sworn written statement that I did not make.

Did they find what they were looking for? Also, what proof do you have that the officer lied? If they found what they were looking for it could support what the officer is saying. If he/she lied once then they just might lie again and be believed again.

I said: "and you have absolute proof that this was a lie? "

and you replied: "yes it was a bold face lie, the officer claimed I made a verbal statement to him"

Read my question again. I didn't ask if he was lying. I asked if you had proof.
You have no proof - you have no case.

OP said this was an arrest warrant, not a search warrant.

Other than that, yes, I want to know about the PROOF.....

It was about 5:00 in the morning when I wrote that. Can I use the defense that I had not downed enough coffee to read properly at that hour?

Okay...you are put on probation for thirty seconds.

Unsupervised.

I was hoping for supervision, providing I would be supervised by a sexy male probation officer.

Darn it, my probationary period is up anyway. I'll try to do better next time

Can you prove you did not make the statements? Probably not. The judge will always believe, or pretend to believe, the police over the defendant.

addendum for probable cause

yes I can prove he lied, what he is claiming I said is about a certain procedure dealing with work, there is no such procedure as he stated in the addendum, he just made it up......

You keep stating conclusions but you will not give us FACTS so no one can answer your question.

addendum

I am not stating conclusions, I am stating the facts, the officer made a statement about a procedure that does not exist, what is so difficult to understand about that. Do you need to hear the exact verbage??
