I did'nt tell the sheriff that. that's the bottom line, I'm just simply asking if an officer lies to obtain a warrant, does that make the addendum null and void???

You are going to have to be able to prove that it was a lie. The sheriff stating that you told him about a procedure that does not exist is not proof that he lied.
