I am not stating conclusions, I am stating the facts, the officer made a statement about a procedure that does not exist, what is so difficult to understand about that. Do you need to hear the exact verbage??

How about telling us how that proves that you didn't say it to the police?

I did'nt tell the sheriff that. that's the bottom line, I'm just simply asking if an officer lies to obtain a warrant, does that make the addendum null and void???

You are going to have to be able to prove that it was a lie. The sheriff stating that you told him about a procedure that does not exist is not proof that he lied.
