No commercial endorsement is intended but, while you PM, you may wish to note that a company called Kroll Ontrack has been sending a free newsletter on computer and other forms of electronic discovery for some time. Unfortunately, it appears that there is no archive on their site, but it also appears that there are references to case law, sample pleadings and the ability to get direct consultation.

Again, no endorsement, but it is an excellent newsletter, and you may be able to find additional help.

OK, I confess, the site information is so extremely useful, I feel like a starved man at an all you can eat buffet... WOW! thanks!!!

I'm just happy to see that the back issues are now posted. I've been saving those things for two years.

It's a relatively new area of law and discovery. I've used the infomation to my benefit and have mentioned it to others.

(Now, I guess this does sound like an endorsement, but you couldn't imagine what turns up in email, and I don't know anyone else providing this kind of a resource.)
