It's not my "plan". I was just asking the question LOOKING FOR SOME FACTUAL INFORMATION, not your opinions. This was obviously the wrong place to look.
BTW - you act like being a SAHM is something to be ashamed of or something that I'm doing because I'm lazy. I work my butt off around here to keep this household running. I'm not ashamed of it and I really don't care what your opinion is of it or me.

When/if you have some facts for me, I will be happy to listen. Otherwise, no opinions please.

Yeah, me too, and then I go to work, and always have, with two kids and NO support, cry me a river. Yes, what you are planning, does in fact smell like the selling of babies. How much would it take for you to sell me 7 years of parenting with your son?? Not for sale??Oh, well, now, that puts another spin on it doesn't it.

I'm not sure what the correct term would be (well I CAN think of a few, but I could get booted for posting them), but it's not really selling the child. To sell the child, she would need to be getting money from the person purchasing said child. What she is proposing is FAR worse.

Even if she could pull this off with the dad, I'd be willing to bet that the judge would make sure that he knew what he was agreeing to before allowing it. Hopefully, the judge could go ahead and approve the termination and adoption while disallowing the "lump sum payment" from dad. That would take away her option of 9 more years of support from dad!

OP - If you can't find a job to support your child in your geographical location, MOVE. You have actually gotten off fairly easy here. Take your little plan to a judge, or even an attorney that you are paying $350 an hour and you will soon realize how incredibly moronic your little plan is.
