What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MO

... my brother received a speeding ticket. Given that I've never even been pulled over and don't know much about tickets, I was hoping to get some advice on this issue.

Here's some basic facts:

-He was going 53 in a 35 zone (pretty bad, I know).
-Detection method: Moving Radar.
-Olivette Municipal Court (St. Louis County).
-Ordinance 320.050; Charge Code 90010050.

I'm guessing I should request his driving record from the DMV, especially since in the past (maybe even somewhat recent past) he had paid the ticket without getting an attorney. I looked through the ticket to see if there was something wrong or missing, but it was all fine.

Should I plead guilty or not guilty?

Do I need to have my brother with me when I go to court?

Is it better that he go by himself or that I represent him?
