Ok....this is a grandparent visitation order not a parental visitation order.

First....unless the order specifically states that they get to choose the makeup time, then its really questionable that they would be able to take EVERY weekend in the month of June for the makeup time.

Second, AGAIN, this is not a parental order therefore if they chose not to exercise visitation because they didn't want it to be interrupted by an activity, it would be questionable whether or not they were actually due makeup time. They very well could be, but I wouldn't make that call without more information.

Third, AGAIN, this is not a parental order. Damn straight the grandparents better give mom an itinerary of EXACTLY where the child is going to be during vacation.

This order which you have fought all the way is maybe 3 months old and in that three months, you have seen fit to both intentiaonally deny them visitation and now their court ordered makeup time, soley because you don't like them and you want to hurt them in their time of grief at the loss of their son by suicide. You have applied for your son's SSA survivor's benefits which you will receive since you are his guardian and the other funds have yet to be decided as his grandparnets may be trustees. This is all about money and not about your son. Yes you are in contemopt of court. If you don't supply the makeup time as ordered they can take you back to court on contempt charges. You have the cel phone number so you can reach them all the time, don't use that to harass them or the aunt.
