My husband was a pilot for an air cargo company that filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 30th in Texas. He's owed back pay, 401K, vacation and sick pay and overtime totalling $43,000. The day he was terminated I also had brain surgery and now his company is bouncing checks on the health insurance carrier. What can I do?
