I dunno, if he gets the SS benefits for his children he is going to have a decent amount of non-taxable income. Her net after taxes (as a single person) will likely still be greater than his net, but not by nearly as much as someone might think.Obviously and a good lawyer that can perhaps convince the court to order the wife who earns 100 grand annually to pay for that. He says he has “talked to a lawyer” but needs to retain a lawyer and get serious pronto.
