A common area currently a janitor's room is sought to be used for reserved bicycle parking for a few of the condominium unit owners, possibly with a fee charged. The room cannot accommodate all owners so use would be allocated to only a few owners. Is this a conversion to limited common area? and is it within the power of the board?
