I called the Housing rights center this morning.

They told me to call the County Tax assessors office to get the correct address.
The address is the same one to which I mailed my letter.

Another tenant told me they have a PO box to recieve mail.

The housing rights center strongly advised against withholding a portion of the rent. I will therefore leave my letter along with the full amount of rent next month.

I will probably take them to a small claims court if I happen to move before the statute of limitations has passed.

Eighty dollars is not alot of money relatively speaking, but I am offended by how they treat us.
