Oh duh - now what you're saying makes sense. I somehow blocked weekends in the summer from my brain (I'm used to having a totally different schedule in the summer).

So then that idea is not that bad right? He just don't want the judge to be like this man is crazy. I know that the mother will not want to agree to longer visits in the summer but the lawyer said with the drive and distance it's probably going to go that way. It's just so hard trying to figure all of this out. My husband drives himself crazy with it that's why I come on here for advice for him. He went to the doctor this week on Monday they have okayed him to walk now as long as he don't over do it so that will be better on him when he goes back to court because mom was trying to make it a big deal. I don't understand that she want's him to keep all his time but then turns around in her response to us and says she feels he cannot care for a small child it makes no sense. Well my husband has done out two plans one if he keeps the every other weekends but one if he doesn't he thinks he should be able to at least have a visit a month like in the upper post.
