Arizona, Hello I am wondering what can be done about the Apache County officals that call me a disabled person, disabled by severe panic attacks and phoibias, CRAZY or NUTS and they refuse to maintain the County maintained road I live on. I can not even call my Apache County offices to conduct any business as the talk to me like dirt,I have asked the Apache County Attorney to please stop this type of thing but he will not answer my emails. If you do a search for this County they have even made the news of the weird for some other antics they have caused and are always breaking the state laws.WHAT CAN BE DONE?

If you want the road maintained, call the road maintenance people for the county.

Don't expect much.

County roads don't get much maintenance anywhere in the country.

Maybe you miss the point I am not able to call as the are discriminating againest me, If I could just call and talk to them I would not have a problem but they call me names and hang up on me, I thought that this type of thing was not legal under the ADA.

this is all too crazy.
HomeGuru,

I'm soo sorry you are going thru this. It seams as tho the police and city, government employees can do this to people and get away with it. I completely understand what you are saying because I'm going thru the same similar thing.

Do you have someone else that can call for you, like a neighbor, friend?

Thats the only suggestions I have for you.

Oh one other. If you do not have anyone who can call for you, when you do call. try and
tape it. Tape the conversation and then after you have oh lets say 1 to 2 months worth, call theses peoples supervisors and let them listen to only 1 to 2 days worth. And then ask them if they want to hear any more. Then tell them in a nice tone that you have alot more than what they just heard, and if it dosen't stop you will go higher. See if that helps..

Good luck
Arizona neighbor....
