What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Condo owner has a service contract for appliances. Optional coverage is being paid for 'REPLACEMENT' service for rooftop air conditioner.

Company performing service says AC unit needs replacement, but claim their service contract only covers parts, not replacement of the entire unit. The unit has been serviced nine times in 2009.

They say they will replacement for $3000.

Should owner:

A) Pay to replace unit and sue in small claims for breach of contract?
B) Have unit replaced and refuse to pay?
C) Pay another company to replace unit and sue service company for breach?

I was just checking into ECM for myself today. That's why I asked. Stand by for someone to come along with your original posted questions. Thank you.
Please PM me with your opinion of ECM (or whomever you choose) when you form one. I'll suspect I'll need a new service company when this is all done.
