(and seniorjudge, I have been substituting vowels and I cannot....oops. nevermind. Just got it :D )

Email that is sent, received and stored on a corporate network is not private if the company states as much in company policy and publishes same on a regular basis, such as in a login banner and the employee handbook, etc.
