He has not yet been convicted, but I am informed that he has been bound over for a jury trial.

Don't know how he would have gotten out so soon, other than Ca prisons being overcrowded. May not be the same person,,, could be related, dad maybe? but he has the same name and lives in the same general area.

Upon information and belief, Mikey was CONVICTED by a jury of his peers of 3 felony counts last week. Apparently, the prosecution discovered another young girl (this time 14) who had been solicited by Mikey. I understand she testified at trial.
