This is a monthly charge for each agent seat that I purchase ( a concurrent license). Obviously I wouldn't just add it to a contract with existing agents. I wasn't sure I could charge IC's a fee like this.
I could see charging a one-time fee, but that same $125 each and every month? That's something that is DEFINITELY going to end up losing you your alleged IC's. Quite honestly, this really does sound like a business expense that YOU should be paying for the convenience of being able to call these people ICs and not your employees. If anything, you might SHARE the cost, but that's quite a sizeable chunk of money for them to have to shell out every month.
