Well the meeting with the attorney went well. We are preparing for court on the 20th. We had to go to Josephine County (where the court is being held) for an appointment, so his atty told us to stop by family court and pick up any orders that she doesn't have. Well we found out that this woman has absconded with the children out of state. She stated that she had to move away in order to protect herself and the children. What's really wierd is that she applied for mediation again but than withdrew her motion. Wonder why. She also got a judgment for the $3400 garnishment. The problem is, she served his old atty AFTER we fired him. This was not Raddads atty. Therefore his new atty was never served. things that make you go hmmm.

The News

The garnishments will be addressed at the hearing. The first was DISCHARGED in BK.

The second was a filing she served on my previous attorney after I FIRED him. My new attorney never received any service or notification. cutters garnishment stated she wants me to pay her legal fees for an ENTIRE YEAR.

The kicker! She has filed BK on her attorney owing him $7,000
Gutsy isn't she?

Now that we addressed the UGLY here's the GOOD and BAD!

BAD; still NO CONTACT and cutter has FLED the state with the children.

GOOD; I NOW have a stronger case for CUSTODY!!!
cutter X parte the court to claim my website case documents placed her and the children in fear for their safety.

The Judge REFUSED to rule on here request and address it at the hearing. cutter left ANYWAY!!

The BEST part; My attorney has evidence of cutter planning to leave the state LONG before.

In addition cutter has posted me to WANTEDPOSTERS with all my personal information. My home address, where I work, my date of birth. This site is usually reviewed by people with a vengance and I have 2 young stepdaughters living with me. My site is a help site and reviewed by parents looking for help.

After all the DEGRADING E-mails and websites cutter post of me she thinks this will protect her and keep the kids away from their daddy. She is in for a shock in court!

Just when I thought my case couldn't get any better!
Counting the days to my sons.
