Oklahoma; Can the IRS audit a return twice(2) for the same year, even after I paid after the first audit?

It depends on whether you got a Closing Agreement with respect to the first audit on the finality of the tax for the year under audit.

If not, and the year is still open, they may reasses you.
I doubt that you actually got "audited" twice. A document match, or math correction is not an audit.
