Hi Baystategirl. Thanks for you reply. The support is court ordered. I think she makes $3.00 more an hour now than she did when the support order was entered. The first time she went to court her ex lied on his financial statement & her attorney is having a hard time getting his w2 from his job. He makes alot more money than he reported 4 years ago. I think he makes more than $15,000 more. My sister gave the child to her dad because he was remarried & the new wife stayed at home & the child could do all sorts of activities & things like that. Well, needless to say, things have changed drastically. The child is treated like the evil stepdaughter by her stepmother & the father allows it. The child goes to bed in tears every night. My sister is going back to court to get custody back. The child will be almost 16 when they go back to court. I think her ex is bringing this child support matter to court to try to intimidate her into backing out of the custody fight. Unfortunately, he has a ton more money than she does, & she is already out of money.

He can only get more support from the date of filing...not the last 4 years.

Zephyr, actually what happened was I clicked that & it brought me to a screen that said there are no open threads in this folder, or something to that affect.

Click on user cp. on the left of the screen you will see the control panel. click on edit options. scroll down a bit and you will see the private message enable option click there so a check mark shows. scroll down to the bottom and click on save changes. you are good to go!
