I suppose it goes without saying: "Tolerably early in life I discovered that one of the unpardonable sins, inEven if you cant get your OTH upgraded it will have little effect on anything unless you let it have an effect. Do they give you a certificate that says "other than honorable discharge" so you can frame it up, thats what I would do (as im making 100K a year) to show that the OTH is irrelavant, its how you decide to go from here that matters the most.
Yes, for the dull and ignorant onehmm yea...thats pretty gay.....
Glad you liked it. If nothing else, I hope you can learn something fromWhat a useless post shorty long almost as useless as the quote from some unknown biologist.
Whatever floats your boat; and if you do not have one, then whatever makesI must be honest...I have wanted to say this for a long time ( and I am sorry for posting pointless stuff on such a great wall)..SHORTY LONG...whenver I am looking at a wall..I read every post...except for yours..when I see the name shorty long..I chuckle a little and pass right over it...everything you say is completly retarded and helps no one...when its all said and done for me...I am going to post my Fort Sill story...awnser questions for people..and then be done with it.
I give my time,SHORTY LONG before you give advice..why dont you start off every wall post with the typ of discharge you recieved from the military..so shorty...what typ of discharge did you get?? yea so before you start bashing people on how there life style is going to be after getting other then a honorable discharge look at yourself an think ... after your discharge does not exactly mean every one else's is going to..(as much as you wish it were like that......my life may suck after the military ( doubtful) but if so..im sure it will still be much better then yours...sorry for destroying this wall every one...I will make up for it when I return from Fort Sill and share my story...
It's funny, when I went to ACAP (career counselor), before being outproccessed with my OTH, they tell you the only job's you will not be able to get are goverment jobs. Like FBI, Secret Service, etc....That being said, I have a
BCD and my replies to you folks that are being mislead in thinking that a
less than honorable discharge will not bear down on your lives are sadly
mistaken.
It is clear that you all with "OTH'S" can not see past your nose. If nothing else, good name...??? please...to me it seems that you are more ashamed of yourself then anyone else....like I said...sorry your life sucks...
He who laughs first laughs last! You were given bogus information from theIt's funny, when I went to ACAP (career counselor), before being outproccessed with my OTH, they tell you the only job's you will not be able to get are goverment jobs. Like FBI, Secret Service, etc....
You can still become a police officer, firefighter etc... As that is mostly state side, and not federal. Heck, they even offer you several programs, free of charge to help you get another job/career. Trust me, they want you to pay your taxes. So when people like yourself, make other's feel as if they have no career option's, I just laugh. Yea they will miss out on like 1% of the job market, but look at the bright side, there is still that other 99% to look forward too.
